We all want some part of our health the be different. We want to look thinner, feel better, or be stronger. Yet most of us focus on those results and not what it takes to get there.
My husband always tells our boys (I am sure someone wise said it before him.) that the definition of insanity is to continue to do the same thing but expect different results.

How Do You Know You Need a Detox
Our bodies are made to detox. Our kidneys, liver, lungs, skin all work hard to detox toxins in our bodies from the food we eat, the things we drink, the things we put on the body, and the things we breathe. However, our world is filled with toxins and over time it can be hard for our body to keep up.
If you are struggling with your health, you may want to consider supporting your body with a Fall Detox. It is a chance to eat clean foods, so your body doesn't have to work so hard.
How do you know if you need to detox?
If you are 40+ and have never done a detox or haven't for over a year, you really need to. Toxins build up. Giving your body a time to relax and eat well can really jumpstart your health and put you on a path to achieving your health goals.
Here are a few other signs you may want to detox.
- Sugar or other cravings
- Skin issues such as acne or itchy skin
- Fatigue that sleep doesn't even help
- Chemical sensitivity to smells
- Insomnia or waking between 2-4 (sign liver needs help)
- Weight loss resistance or belly bubble
- Sweat easily or excessively
- Nausea or heartburn
- Coated tongue or bad breath
