Sleep problems.  Finding ways to develop a sleep schedule, fall asleep and get quality sleep, so you can wake feeling refreshed and wide awake with a focused brain.

Bloating and constipation. Learn about food sensitivities and what foods can cause you to feel bloated.  Find ways to eliminate your wastes, so that you look and feel your best.

Heartburn and upset stomach. Learn about what typically causes heartburn and stomach upset.  Hint: it usually isn't too little acid. Make diet and lifestyle changes to tackle your tummy problems before they develop into something chronic.

Diet hopping. You have tried many diets and none stick.  Learn to choose nourishing foods that help you feel energetic and well without feeling deprived and restricted, so you can eat this way and enjoy your food for the long haul.
